John Hasemeyer

For the last 20 years I have been an internet security & privacy activist, with a particular interest in encryption and best practices for minimizing data aggregation and profiling, as well as the Linux, open source, and free software movement. I am the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction for Niles District 219 in Skokie. I also dabble in programming in C++, Visual Basic, and am currently learning Java for Android as well as Emacs.
